EC Service has a long history of product design and development, ranging from Beta Radiation Shields to Balloon Cather Inflation Devices. Look at our product development page for examples of the products we have created.
EC Service uses Solid Works and Master Cam for design work. Our design staff is experienced in very complex models, like test mannequins that are full human size, to simple medical connectors.
Our CAD/CAM system and our bench prototype molding system allow us to create solid models and often machine or mold prototypes for about the same cost as STL. Have a look at some of the projects we have machined or molded. (Accumeter, snap rivets, Merlin case, IntraVena parts, syringe plunger etc)
